26-year-old Ubaydulla Dadakhuzhaev from Parkent, who survived a liver transplant, recovered and was discharged from the hospital.

According to experts, in cases of chronic diffuse liver diseases at the terminal stage, acute liver failure, liver diseases without resection sources, only transplantation can save a person's life. Such high-tech operations are performed only in the USA, Russia, Germany, Norway, Switzerland and India. Now, in our country, such unique and complex procedures have been established.

“There was a lot of preparation for the liver transplantation operation,” says the director of the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center for Surgery named after Academician V. Vakhidov, Academician Feruz NAZIROV. - We improved the technical capabilities of the center, our specialists improved their qualifications in the USA, France, South Korea, Turkey, Switzerland and Russia. The donor and recipient (patient) were prepared for surgery for three months. After a complete study of the indications and contraindications for transplantation, a final decision was made on its implementation. It lasted almost 15 hours. The general condition of the patient and the donor is now good. If the patient follows our recommendations, he will definitely recover completely.

Thanks to the constant attention given by the state to health care and the efforts of doctors, the 26-year-old boy got rid of liver cirrhosis and is restoring his health. His family and friends are happy about this.

- We suffered greatly from the fact that in his youth he was possessed by such an ailment, - notes the elder brother of Ubaidulla Hayot Dadakhuzhaev. - Recently, his condition has worsened. We have been looking for help for a long time. For liver transplantation, it was necessary to travel to foreign countries, which required a lot of money and put the whole family in a difficult situation. I will not be mistaken if I say that my brother was given a second life by the opportunity to carry out such an operation in our country. He successfully survived the operation and is now on the mend. I believe that this achievement of domestic medicine will give a second life to many more patients. Joy will come to the home of many families.
